organization, such as Toteg Tribe, who are supposed to be allowed to express their opinions under the banner

Miscellaneous.

The Toteg Tribe and toteg.org reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to

time at its discretion and to notify users of any such changes by posting an amended Terms of Use. Your

continued use of toteg.org after the posting of any amended Terms of Use will constitute your agreement to be

bound by any such change. The Terms of Use that applied at the time of that use will govern your use of the site

prior to the time amended Terms of Use is posted.

The Toteg Tribe and toteg.org may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict the use of any portion of toteg.org,

including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without liability. The Toteg Tribe and toteg.org

may deny access to any person or user at any time for any reason.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington,

without regard to its choice of law provisions. You agree that you, the company you represent, any of its officers

and directors, or any affiliated companies and their officers and directors, will never file suit for any reason, at

any time, in any court, against The Toteg Tribe and toteg.org or any of its officers or directors, or its affiliated

companies, licensors, or contributors.

If either party ever has a disagreement regarding any issue, we agree to try to work out such disagreements in a

fair and reasonable manner. If we cannot work out our disagreements, we have the right to call for an immediate

binding arbitration with a single arbitration.

The party that wants to initiate this arbitration will simply call the American Arbitration Association in California

(725 S Figueroa Street, Suite 2400, Los Angeles CA, 90017, phone (213) 362-1900) and request arbitration

with a single arbitration, within seven business days of the dispute. The party that initiates this will also inform

the other party that they are requesting the arbitration.

The arbitration can be done in person or via phone with or without attorneys present.

Both parties agree to this format:

· Each party will privately discuss with the arbitrator the facts as they see it, and their viewpoint

regarding

the disagreement.

· The arbitrator will listen to both parties and ask questions or request information to clarify or verify facts.

· The arbitrator will then take all the facts and make a decision, which will be binding on all parties, within

24 hours.

· The arbitrator will be required to base his decision not on the technicalities of the law, or the technicalities

or wording in any specific contract, but he will base his decision on “fairness and equality”, and “under

the spirit of true justice and original intention”, and what is “fair” for all parties concerned today.

If for any reason, any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, that provision

shall be enforced

to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as

reflected in that provision, and the

remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and

effect. The failure of The Toteg Tribe and toteg.

org to enforce or exercise any provisions of these

provision.
